Dr. Natalie Pietrzak-Renaud, P.Geo. Ph.D.
Consultant
Dr. Pietrzak-Renaud holds a Ph.D. in Geology and completed post-doctoral fellowship in rare earth mineralogy at Western University, Ontario. She is a registered Professional Geoscientist in Ontario and the Northwest Territories and Nunavut.
She has served as Vice-President of Exploration with public and private companies, including Quest Rare Minerals, Vital Metals, where she was instrumental in advancing the Nechalacho rare earth project, and Torngat Metals, developer of the Strange Lake heavy rare earth deposit adjacent to NeoTerrex’s Strange Lake West project.
Her technical background encompasses rare earth system analysis, detailed geological and metallurgical domain modelling, and advanced material sorting studies. With a proven track record in guiding exploration programs from early-stage discovery through to advanced project development, Dr. Pietrzak-Renaud brings both strategic insight and hands-on technical expertise.
General James (Jim) Gervais
Advisor
General Gervais graduated from the Royal Military College of Canada in 1962 with a B.Sc., and attended the Royal Military College of Science (UK). He retired from the Canadian Forces as a Lieutenant General before joining the Public Service of Canada as a senior executive. General Gervais’ 35-year military career consisted of a variety of command and staff appointments in Canada (and abroad), leading to the command of the Canadian Army in 1991. He later served for 12 years as Assistant Deputy Minister to three Governors General of Canada and was Chairman of the Canadian Corps of Commissionaires (Ottawa Division), a not-for-profit security firm. General Gervais also co-chaired a committee of the Institute for Canadian Citizenship involved in the integration of new Canadians into society.
General Gervais also served on several boards, including Beaufield Resources, Northern Gold Mining, Sama Resources, and 48North.
Joël Dubé, P.Eng.
Consultant in Geophysics
Over his 24 years of experience in diverse working environments, Mr. Dubé has gained strong technical knowledge of virtually all geophysical methods applied to mineral exploration.
After exploring for uranium, rare earth elements, base metals and gold for SOQUEM in Northern Québec, Joël specialized in exploration geophysics with Val-d’Or Sagax and Sagax Maghreb, where he applied several ground and borehole techniques to exploration problems across a broad range of geological environments and commodities. He spent six years based in Morocco, where he used his skills on gold, silver, base metals, cobalt, and industrial minerals exploration projects. He then moved to Sander Geophysics, where he specialized in airborne data processing and interpretation, while also taking part in several R&D projects. His tasks brought him into close interaction with world-class organizations such as the Geological Survey of Ireland, NASA, Petro-Vietnam, Shell, Perenco, Geological Survey of Canada, Husky Energy, and British Geological Survey. At Sander Geophysics, Joël met another dedicated geophysicist with whom he started Dubé & Desaulniers Geoscience in 2012, a consulting firm offering advanced and integrated geophysical services to the mineral industry, which became Dynamic Discovery Geoscience in 2014. His most valuable contribution as a consultant occurred with the geophysically driven discovery of the Matawinie Graphite deposit developed by Nouveau Monde Graphite.
Wendy Lewis
Consultant
